Seatguru.com shows it as a RED seat. One to avoid. The recline is limited by the bulkhead for the lav that is right behind that seat. If the seat in front of you is reclined and your seat can't recline then you are really stuck. You also have a lot of traffic and noise due to the proximity to the lav and the galley. It could make for a really miserable trip, especially if the seat next to you is occupied.
