Crossed 2MM on Friday. Was super excited for a coin, somewhat excited for any form of recognition (nothing at all was acknowledged by anyone back when I crossed 1MM). Midway through the meal service a FA came and handed me a gift bag and asked me if I knew why he was giving it to me (I sure did!). Waited till I finished my meal to open it, assumed it would have a coin, but it did not Instead it had a card signed by the 2 front cabin FAs, a United logo coffee mug, a United Flight Operations pen (plastic) and a bag of chocolate coated cranberries. On my second flight after that, on Sunday (having already passed 2MM obviously), the gate agent gave me a MM congratulations card from Scott Kirby (printed) as I boarded, and the purser came back to my seat after boarding and gave me a card signed by this flight's FAs congratulating me for passing 2MM on that flight as well, lol. Still no coin. The gift bag was a really nice touch but I definitely would have rather got the coin, I have a lot of coffee mugs already! Guess I'll just have to hope it's still a thing when/if I reach 3MM!

BTW for the person who asked upthread, I didn't receive any PlusPoints yet for now being Platinum. The Premier Status Tracker reflects that the only level I have yet to attain in 2023 is now 1K, so I assume it recognizes that I am now (LT) Platinum, but the PlusPoints haven't shown up. I assume they will show up at some point, or have other people had to call and ask for them during the year they achieve 2MM/3MM?
