The first easiest is 355 days out when they are first released. The second easiest is 2 weeks before when they release everything else and it’s usually very easy to get something then. So just wait until 2 weeks before.

Anything before 2 weeks is just based on luck and finding a day that has some leftovers or cancelations from the 355 days out.
