I can see that, that sucks. Seems the glory days are gone for many properties. PHB also just hit it right for me in the service department I think. Not over the top but genuinely helpful. Also probably the best English speaking staff besides PH Tokyo I’ve seen in my Asia stays so far surprisingly enough.
Yes, a lot of their former staffers are highly prized by other hotel brands and have gone on to greater pastures.
