I'm probably extra hard on this property because I was here for the early years and resent some of the recent changes.
I can see that, that sucks. Seems the glory days are gone for many properties. PHB also just hit it right for me in the service department I think. Not over the top but genuinely helpful. Also probably the best English speaking staff besides PH Tokyo I’ve seen in my Asia stays so far surprisingly enough.
