I flew end of last month from YYZ to BKK. The seating was the normal seats in PE. I mean it was not bad and not brilliant but the space wise it was PE seats and it was comfortable. Seating wise I prefer AC with 2-3-2 but EVA has the 2-4-2. They day they stop the PE is the day I have to stop flying them. I have to admit that their fares are much cheaper than AC or ANA and that is why I use them to fly to Asia. If I am flying to BKK then I get the PE seats all the way to BKK even if they do not have PE class from TPE to BKK. On AC, I end up in ICN and then change to economy seating from ICN to BKK and on the return there is a 10 hour layover.
