Last week, my daughter, her husband and her in-laws flew on Avianca from NY to Rio with a stop in Bogota for a total of 12+ hours on non-reclining seats, no ife, even water was for sale as well as Cup-a-Noodle if you were hungry.

Needless to say, they were exhausted when they arrived and wasted a day recuperating from the flight. They were dreading having to endure the flight back.

Avianca may be the less expensive option but it’s horrible.
