Can't speak for Andaz London. The last time we were there, we were 2+2 and laundry was included in the rate with no limit on how many bags.

Booked a GoH for 4 at Park Hyatt New York last year and all 4 adults' breakfasts ordered via room service were waived despite the official rule of 2+2. YMMV. Looking forward for your report back and which Park location.
