do tesla rentals usually take longer to close out after drop off? i dropped mine off a week ago tomorrow and still don't have a receipt (previously i've never had to wait longer than an hour or two after dropping off to have a receipt waiting, usually i'd have it before my flight home landed and i'd get it when i turn my phone back on).

also, i have two pending charges for $72 on my card which don't make any sense (i dropped off at 20% so i should have been charged the $35 "refueling" fee, no clue what the $72 would be)...
