11am for sure. 6am has messed me up every time.

As per another poster, there are very few day time flights going from North America to Europe, and for good reasons, both from the pax side and airline operations.

Unless the OP is already situated in a city with nonstop day time flights, the connecting window is small for most travelers coming from elsewhere.
