KL has been officially offering Premium Comfort assigned as "A" fares since at least September 2022. Don't know why it's taking so long for DL IT to catch up.

I'm in the same boat. This flight qualifies me for silver this year. I won't be traveling much more with Delta this year, so this flight was critical for me.
