I'm attaching the FAQ from Hertz, which backs me up, but is also totally confusing.
I was just able to fix the exactly same issue (just that I had 15 days in total "all inclusive"). You will definitely have to contact PlatePass about this, they can change the bill afterwards and will correct that. Just takes them 5-7 days for every mail to reply..
