We needed to call yesterday for a companion voucher booking because the arrival and departure cities were different. I was dreading it but the call was answered very promptly (no status so the blue line). The rep was incredibly efficient and friendly and all was concluded painlessly. I’m very happy to be able to report such a positive experience.
Now let’s hope our first foray out of the UK since BC is as smooth.
By our standards we still have an enormous amount of Avios to use. Maybe the LadyFlies household will get back in the air a little more frequently now. We’ll see.
