I don’t find the interior design of the Jaffa appealing, so the Ritz-Carlton is currently my top choice. If anyone has a better recommendation, I would be eager to hear.
The Waldorf and King David in Jerusalem are unfortunately both sold out for the dates I am going, so still looking for a suitable alternative.
for Tel Aviv if you like larger hotels definitely the new Kempinski is best, other nice boutique options. In Jerusalem, I like the Citadel the best, get the suites with the large terrace overlooking the old city, its unmatched on my opinion.
