Bear in mind that food is very subjective and one person's 'dry' is another's perfecly done.

Once read reviews by two people (on a non AA flight) where one said the meal was unedible but the other that it was fantascic. Same flight and same meal just different opinions.

I've always been happy with the AA offering in Business. I rarely post reviews though so you may be getting an unbalanced view.
