Good part: Concierage super super super great!
Front desk some new staff, took them 3 times to get my key fixed.
Cleaning: a hair by sink.
Breakfast: Japanese breakfast is the best.
Overall, will be back without hesitation still so good compare to similar price Andaz.
Based on my past 3 stays, the service is as good as ever. Always greeted by name by check in staff upon arrival, even the newer ones. Too bad about the hair in your room, but not sure I would consider that "hit or miss service".
