Stayed In middle December and before Xams.
The Service is hit and miss.
Good part: Concierage super super super great!
Front desk some new staff, took them 3 times to get my key fixed.
Cleaning: a hair by sink.
Breakfast: Japanese breakfast is the best.
Overall, will be back without hesitation still so good compare to similar price Andaz.
