Interesting, and thank you SanDiego1K. I hadn't considered the impact of the Olympics. In any event, a bit more detail: our dates will be September 2023, and we will be (road) cycling a bunch, so a property that isn't hostile to that would be amazing (I am aware that many are quite accommodating).
