So to summarize
I am transferring from terminal 3 to terminal 2. Internal time 3 hours both international flights.
Despite terminals are connected in case of a luggage I need to get visa, exit and re enter airport right?
On way back I follow the reverse course. Time between flights is 3 hours. Should be enough I guess?
