And in this rural part of the U.S., the USPS does not do street deliveries, only post office boxes.

I am sure Marriott would not want to use FedEx,
UPS, or DHL because each of those companies
treats Guam and the CNMI as international.

I decided to take matters into my own hands.
The fine print says one must opt in to receive those luggage tags within sixty days of achieving lifetime status!

So I decided to ship the tags to my sister in the San Francisco Bay Area.
