Qsuite is only on CDG-DOH (if you are not unlucky), not on DOH-SIN.
I don't know what you cal an "aisle" seat. Is that only D&G or do you also include B&G.
The flights look to have a high loads and all ten A&K seem already allocated.
You should have more options when check-in opens about 48h before flight or at airport.
