I'm still trying to get them to honour 2 refund vouchers issued in early October 2022. It's a waste of time going through the call centres as they will continually lie to you, and the official lurkers here are also useless. I now have a case number created from online feedback, with a "promise" to get back to me within 28 days (another 2 weeks to go), so I will report the outcome when (if) it happens.
