One year from February 1, 2023 is January 31, 2024. It's certainly less generous than the old policy, but how is that not in compliance with the published policy?
I find it hard to believe it's correct. My membership is expiring on June 30 and unless the charge me half at renewal date for 6 months, I would be fuming.
