2/9 SEA to PVR--7:30 a.m. departure; no PDB offered, box water at seat.
2/8 OAK to SEA--11:45 a.m. departure; no PDB offered; box water at seat

I've flown 7 segments this year between SEA-SFO/OAK-PVR and no PDB beverage offered on any of them.
