PBI-FLL (or was it FLL-PBI)?
Many, many, many years ago when I needed 1 additional flight to clear Royal Medallion status for the year and Delta happened to have a bookable segment between PBI-FLL. Booked and flew it and my bemused Dad picked me up at the other end.
