I've been a long-time Globalist, but I have never encountered this situation before and could use your insight. I booked a standard room at a Park Hyatt using points. I then used a Suite Upgrade to confirm the standard suite. Originally, I was expecting two in the room, but it will now be three of us. The room explicitly states it can accommodate up to four people (there is a pull-out sofa in the living room). The question is whether I should be charged for the third person (an adult) or if this would be "included" in my award reservation. Thanks in advance!
Yes - Included you should just ask Front Desk to add the 3rd guest.
Globalist breakfast is up to 2 adults and 2 children.
The only ones this wouldn’t be okay at is All Inclusives as it’s always more per person.
