Where do you live? Your country of residence helps determine who can help with some suggestions. For example, in Canada here I recommend Johnson's Medoc insurance as we have used it for years, it's reasonably priced and covers all our trips, but it's a monthly cost. They have covered the two claims I've had to make without incident; we've had it for about 15 years.
