No. Even if your connecting flight is on another airline, you won’t need to clear TSA again as long as you can navigate an airside connection between terminals. At LAX you can take a bus from the DL gates to TBIT and walk from there to T4-T8. I’ve never transferred airside to T1 so I don’t know how feasible that is.
