I have got SAN-NRT business class

My question is that can I call to add extra routes with keeping the current reservation ?

Per the travel plan, there could be three options
1.simply add one US demostic route like NYC to SAN with no extra miles

2.add one more asian route like NRT to SIN or HKG with adding 5000 extra miles

3.combine both option 1&2 with adding 5000 extra miles

I've heard about option 1 can probably be achieved by calling the agent.
What about the other two?

and one last question...I learned about jal is flying two 788 configurations on SAN-NRT.
Are they sticking on Sky suite now or sometimes there will be neo seat？
