How reliable is Shinkansen?
We have a flight departing HND at 6pm Sunday, and would like to take a train from Osaka on Sunday morning. (This would also make it cost effective for us to purchase a JR pass)
The alternative would be to take a bus to KIX and then fly KIX-HND but not sure that would save much time or increase reliability.
