The SSSS extra checks - are they done both at security and the gate? Should this affect my decision about whether to go through T5 connections or clear border and back through FW? (2h connection if landing on time)
Would it be sensible to turn up at the gate early or just normal boarding time?
Last time it happened to me they didn't start processing the SSSS passengers until pre-boarding started. They used to do in advance. Make sure you are one of the first there and you should be done by the time Group 1 is called. Unless they find something of course.
