The few times I had to call in through the latter half of last year I got connected after 3-5 minutes. When I was overseas on wi-fi calling and the connection was spotty at best (thanks Vodafone Germany, your routers are garbage) the agent called me back after I got disconnected - twice.

Maybe I just got lucky, but overall I was pretty happy with the AC call experience. This was before I made 75K and then SE towards the end of the year.
