Hi Oakshadow, I can finally report that I have successfully have gotten my Diamond status on Feb 7, 2023 after completing my flight itinerary on 12/16/22 in which I hit DM. I called AGAIN on 2/7 and this time the Medallion agent fairly quickly worked with the Skymiles desk (took ONLY about 20 min) and came back to me and said, "we're awarding your Diamond status today and updating the miles awarded on your flights in January." I received an email confirming it minutes later and my new status is showing on the website and app. The MQD's from my KLM run still are not accurate and they said it may take a few more days. What I really cared about was getting the DM status, so I'm done with calling them. YAY! Would definitely think twice about ticketing on KLM again. Good luck!
