My dad (35K) tried to call about a schedule change yesterday. He was offered the call back option and took it. But they never called him back. My recent experience with around 5 calls placed between December and February, calling in as a lowly (card-based... gasp!) 25k:
Wait times in 1- 3 min range in each case.
