Same, for all the points you listed. I didn't requalify for E+ this year, so I soft landed down to E. Have a flight coming up in a few months, so I burned my last upgrade vouchers and all my points on upgrades and then I'm done with TK. Been a fun ride (8 years as E/E+), but I can't deal with their awful IT and ridiculous upgrade rules.
