Im flying the same route using AVIOS booked via BA.COM, namely CDG-DOH-xxx(MEL in my case)... you will have access to the CDG lounge (apparently its just re-opened)... for AM access I believe it depends on how long youre in transit for. if youre not flying buisness, but if you have a onward AVIOS business class ticket then 100%
