- Does the hotel have an executive lounge? If so, can you briefly describe the opening hours and the amenities offered at the lounge?
A: The lounge is not available in our property.
2. If there is no lounge, are there offerings for Bonvoy elite guests (in my case Titanium) in lieu of the lounge, such as a complimentary evening happy hour or food and beverage credit?
A: Only Elite Welcome Gift is available for Titanium guest upon check-in. Our Front Desk Team will assist you accordingly.
3. In addition to the two questions above, can you briefly describe what a Titanium member might expect during a stay at the hotel?
A. Besides the welcome gift, you will enjoy some benefits for Titanium such as room upgrade, late check-out,…Please rest assured that Front Desk team has been alerted giving the best care for your stay.
