Thanks to all of you for steering me in the right direction! Yes it's a U fare and I guess I got thrown by the "ticketed revenue" requirement for passenger access to the QR lounge, and the whole affair recently about Qatar changing its lounge access policies. I can't see a tab for lounges in MMB, but I assume can get into Al Mourjan in transit?
