Yes, the short rib tonight on MSP-EWR was definitely not. It totally reminded me of a Banquet Salisbury Steak. Mashed potatoes were lukewarm, but the carrots were like lava. As others have noted, the mango tart is a nice reprieve from the bagged cookie. And did Delta buy a fig farm and burrata creamery?!! The burrata is just clunky and way to cold to experience how it is meant to be eaten... there's no creamy center - it is almost as though the cream breaks down and only the water comes out and pools into the greens.
