Hertz app popped up a message today telling it’s time to check in for tomorrow’s rental. Never seen that before - is that a new thing? And, does it actually do anything useful for me? I am PC and the vehicle reservation has Gold Canopy service.

Did that. Then it wanted a picture of me for identification purposes. Okay, fine. Finally it confirmed the credit card…and then failed and asked to redo the license and picture.
