My dad (35K) tried to call about a schedule change yesterday. He was offered the call back option and took it. But they never called him back. I mean, I guess it has only been 30 hours, so they could still call him back at some point, but considering they quoted him 11-17 minutes, 30 hours or more would be pretty unimpressive.
