I am trying to book a trip in the next 2 months and it appears that there are a handful of really dreadful below-standard rooms ("This 380-square-foot room offers simple comfort near the resort courtyard. Includes two queen beds and window that opens. No balcony. ") on the property that need to be available to use points and then hope for an upgrade. While there are 10+ room types available for my potential dates, I can't find any of the "award" room types.
