It has also been 10 years since I became E with TK and never make E+. My youngest was 5 when he became E with TK so my kids were growing up with TK.

Maybe we are lucky with them and the worst happened to us as that they put us down to Classic+ after their IT change. It's like talking to a brick wall until I found the screenshot showing the customer service that we were qualified. Without that screenshot we would not have gotten our status back.

Their business products are definitely weaker than others, especially when LH rolls out their new C and F. The IST lounge is still my favourite (I fly primarily Y).
