I was also booked on the canceled AF flight and rebooked at the DL 6:20pm. I saw there was a newly scheduled AF 1:30pm and called to request that flight but the rep refused to rebook me on AF, stating that the change from the original flight to DL was less than 2 hours so I could not make any free changes. So unhelpful! Should I keep trying or is this policy set in stone? We are 3 flying with a toddler in economy and would prefer to get 3 seats together next to a window and DL seat config is 2x4x2.
