OP, you should look into B0 (La Compagnie). They fly an all-J class a321 from EWR to ORY.

I know it's inconvenient to get to EWR on a separate ticket, but this way you will have zero problem getting everyone onto the same flight. I imagine it would be significantly cheaper too.
