I suppose they don't want you making a grilled cheese with roasted tomato.

Moet is perfectly respectable Champagne, although personally I don't really enjoy it (nor most of the LVMH-owned houses, must be a style thing, lol), although would be fine as a mimosa or bellini. Maybe even a Kir Royale though I doubt they have the creme de cassis.
