Try to choose another flight time. I happened to me before, some flights will give errors. Looks like you have a chosen a flight that is supposed to be not available for your chosen fare but still shows up in the flight selection.
I tried absolutely everything. It's a payment error on their end, I asked my friends to try it as well.
I ended up staying 1 hour on a call with them so they can make the booking on the phone, they generated a payment link and the same card that was not working did end up working on the first try.
So the error is on the checkout page and it's a massive one.
