Well now I have another question! There’s PZ Space that just opened up on my IAH-PIT which I have PP applied as part of a larger trip where the other leg already upgraded. In the past I would have assumed the system wasn’t working and I’d call to get it manually processed. Is that still a thing? Should I just be patient and assume the computer will upgrade me?

Edit: I did call in, and the agent said there were 5 1Ks ahead of me so I’ll just let it lie, don’t want to steal an upgrade from someone else! I hate losing status
