Sorry a bit diverted 🤭.. They complied after seeing I already pre selected my seat. Straightaway once I showed my preselected seat his tone changed, went back to the computer and with in 3 min he said OK.
Nevertheless, it was a harrowing 1hour+ for us. Lucky we went to check in 3 hours ahead this were still in time for the flight.
