This board is full of posts like this, reporting various failings of BA IT.

In reality, those of us who travel often on BA expect this; it comes with the territory.

I think it would be more useful for people to post positive experiences with the BA website or BA phone app. These would be very rare and would have very few responses, however they might give us a little bit of hope.
